Iran ties up with Philippine for fruit and food exchange

Tehran- A group of companies came to Iran chamber to find their counterparts in various fields such as fruit and food, tourism, IT and hardware technology.
IFIF Public Relations- in a business forum held in Iran chamber of commerce, industries, mines and agriculture, Ali Asghar Farshchi the director for Asia and Pacific of international department mentioned the ease of trade after lifting up the sanctions and said: we welcome all countries to boost long term economic ties with Iranian counterparts. In the past years various goods like hardware, banana, clothes and foods imported to Iran and in the coming months we hope to see developments in our bilateral exchange between two countries.
Farshchi highlighted the necessity of bilateral investment to figure long term economic relation and said: some meetings have held during the visit of Philippines officials with our government to increase our economic ties by considering regional market of both countries
For his part Mario Tani, representative of Philippines’ department of foreign affairs and trade mentioned that: with 69 million trade exchange, Iran is the forty ninth business partner of Philippine and the most exchanged goods are fruits, machinery, oil and petrochemical products. The development of our ties is considered and we try our best to expand our fields of activities.
He also highlighted the commonalities of two nations such as young and talented generation and also well prepared infrastructure as a basis to develop bilateral investment and said: in other fields of trade and economy we should explore the potentials to access the neighboring countries of the both Iran and Philippine./s
